Description
Above-ground horizontal cylindrical diesel storage tank by Green Prefab FZC with a capacity of 5,000 imperial gallons (approximately 22,730 litres / 22.73 m³). Constructed from ASTM A36 carbon steel or equivalent with heavy-duty 8 mm shell and dish thickness, 16 mm heavy-duty welded lifting lugs, 10 mm thick fabricated support saddles, external mild steel access ladder, and 600 mm diameter inspection manhole.
Features a larger 2″ goose neck vapor vent, plus optional inlet, outlet, drain, and spare 2″ socket connections and PVC level gauge with crash guard.
External surface abrasive blasted to SA 2.5 standard. Coating system: 75-micron epoxy primer, 125-micron epoxy intermediate coat, 50-micron polyurethane finish coat (250-micron total DFT). Factory inspected and hydrostatic/leak tested prior to dispatch.
