Description
Above-ground horizontal cylindrical diesel storage tank manufactured by Green Prefab FZC with a capacity of 500 imperial gallons (approximately 2,273 litres / 2.27 m³). Constructed from ASTM A36 mild steel with 4 mm shell and dish thickness, 12 mm welded lifting lugs, 6 mm fabricated support saddles, and a 600 mm diameter inspection manhole.
Includes an external mild steel access ladder for maintenance, inlet (optional), outlet, drain, and spare 2″ socket connections, a 1½” goose neck vapor vent with bird screen, and a PVC fuel level gauge with crash guard.
External surface abrasive blasted to SA 2.5 standard with 250-micron total DFT coating: 75-micron epoxy primer, 125-micron epoxy intermediate coat, and 50-micron polyurethane finish coat. Factory hydrostatic/leak tested prior to dispatch.
